Home Resort Rules and Regulations
The Home Resort Rules and Regulations are designed to provide Members with information on using Vacation Points to make reservations at their Home Resort and other Disney Vacation Club Resorts. These rules and regulations also cover the features of the reservation system such as the guidelines for banking and/or borrowing Vacation Points, cancelling a Disney Vacation Club Resort reservation and general Disney Vacation Club operations. These rules and regulations are revised from time to time.

Home Resort Priority
Your Disney Vacation Club Membership allows you the privilege and flexibility to reserve accommodations at your Home Resort 11 months in advance of the check-in date. When the online booking window opens at 8:00 AM Eastern Time, you can book a stay of up to 7 consecutive nights!

In order to take advantage of the Home Resort Priority, all Vacation Points being used to make the reservation must be associated with your Home Resort.

Please note:

• Modifications to travel dates and room types on a confirmed reservation can only be made when the original check-out date is within 11 months of the modification request. After you make the reservation, you cannot "switch out" those Vacation Points with Vacation Points from another Disney Vacation Club Resort.

Hawai‘i Transient Accommodations Tax
For all stays at AULANI, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai‘i, the State of Hawai‘i and the City & County of Honolulu impose a nightly transient accommodations tax based upon the number of Vacation Points required for the stay and the Annual Dues per Vacation Point for the calendar year of the stay. This tax must be paid by checkout. The amount of the tax will vary from year to year and is subject to change. Hawaii Transient Accommodation Registration Identification Number: TA-121-299-9680-01.

Transient Occupancy Tax

For all stays at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, the City of Anaheim imposes a nightly transient occupancy tax based upon the number of Vacation Points required for the stay. This tax must be paid by checkout. The amount of the tax will vary from year to year, and the tax rate is subject to change.

Waitlist requests are active up until 31 days or up until 7 days prior to your Check-In date based on your request. Once you're within that 7-day window, the Waitlist is not available.

• During the Home Resort Priority period, you can only make a Waitlist request for your Home Resort.
• You can have up to 2 active Waitlist requests per Membership per Use Year.
• Waitlist request for consecutive nights can be split into separate Night-by-night request, however, for either or both nights cannot be guaranteed.
• Your request will remain on the Waitlist for up to 31 days before your requested Check-In date. If you would like to keep your name on the Waitlist beyond that time, you can modify the Waitlist expiration date online in the “My Dashboard” section of the website.
• Once your request has been placed on the Waitlist, there is no need to contact Member Services to check on your Waitlist status.
• If a Waitlist request is confirmed and you cancel the accommodation 30 days or less prior to Check-In, then the Vacation Points used to book the accommodation will be placed in a Holding Account.
• All other Waitlist requests or previously confirmed reservations for comparable dates will be cancelled when a Waitlist request is confirmed.
• You can view, modify or cancel your request at any time in “My Dashboard.”
• As a courtesy to other Members, visit “My Dashboard” or contact Member Services to cancel your request if you no longer wish to be on the Waitlist.
