Relax at the South Carolina shore with access to 12 miles of white sandy beach by the Atlantic Ocean. Shuttles to the beach are available for Resort Guests.

Come prepared for storytelling, sing-alongs and good family fun. Make s'mores and enjoy quality time with your family by a wonderful marsh-side campfire.

Watch a game at Surfmen's Station or play video games in the Big Buoy Arcade. You can catch a sporting event on the big-screen TV within the comfy confines of the lounge at Surfmen's Station or challenge a friend to video games—both classic and contemporary—in Big Buoy Arcade. Both venues are located inside the Beach House.

Hilton Head Island and the surrounding area offer 52 golf courses, 32 of which are open to public play. Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is located in close proximity to most of these courses. Inquire at the Front Desk about where to find more information and pricing.

Enjoy 2 refreshing pools—the Little Dipper for kids and the Big Dipper! Zip down the wraparound Water Tower Slide at the Big Dipper, a 72,000-gallon heated pool and whirlpool spa. Smaller "tadpole" swimmers can delight in the water-spitting frogs and whimsical features at the Little Dipper Pool.

Rent a bicycle or fishing gear and explore the unspoiled beauty of the Resort.

Boaters
A limited number of boat slips are available if you have a boat in tow. Please note that Hilton Head Island waterways are not for inexperienced boaters:

• Tides rise and fall 8 feet, creating areas that can become shallow very quickly.
• As a barrier island, Hilton Head Island is flanked along its ocean side by sandbars that lie just beneath the water's surface at high tide, leaving many unsuspecting boaters stranded when the tide goes out.
• Creeks running through the Low Country marsh may look inviting, but they are very tricky waterways and may cause boaters to lose their way or run aground.

Please be extremely cautious!

Recreational Vehicle Parking
The Resort is not able to accommodate recreational vehicles or campers, with the exception of motor homes required for medical purposes. (Notify the Resort in advance to arrange access for such a vehicle). A limited number of RV storage facilities do operate on Hilton Head Island for a fee, and the operators of those facilities highly recommend making advance reservations.

A postage meter and mail drop are located at the Front Desk. There are also 2 full-service U.S. post offices on the island.

If you are expecting faxes, postal mail or packages during your stay, please advise those sending these items to clearly mark the communication with your name and room number (if possible). Each Resort can accept packages for Guests staying or arriving at that Resort only.

Simplify your arrival by starting the check-in process online before leaving home for your trip. This service is available at:

• All Disney Vacation Club Resorts, excluding The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
• All Walt Disney World Resort hotels

For Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, you can begin the online check-in process as soon as you've booked your vacation. Visit “My DVC Membership” and select “My Dashboard.” Then, view “My Vacation Plans” and select "Start Check-in." You will be redirected to My Plans in the My Disney Experience section of the Walt Disney World website to link your Resort reservation and complete the online check-in process.

Disney Vacation Club Resorts offer laundry and housekeeping services. Daily housekeeping service is not provided for Members.

A 24-hour self-service laundry room is available at each Disney Vacation Club Resort. Villas with one or more bedrooms feature an in-unit washer and dryer.

Housekeeping Service
Prior to your arrival, your room will undergo thorough cleaning—with attention to high-touch areas, like TV remotes and door handles. And during your stay, your room will receive a light cleaning service which will include:

• Removal of trash and used towels
• Replenishment of towels and amenities
• Wiping and cleaning of the vanity and counter surfaces

If you are staying on Member Points or Member Cash Discounts, you will be scheduled for trash & towel service on your fourth day. If you are staying more than eight nights, you will receive full cleaning service on your fourth day and trash & towel service on your eighth day. Trash and recycling disposal is located nearby for your use between cleaning services.

Additional housekeeping services, including additional trash & towel service, are not available for purchase.

Full-Cleaning Service
For stays of 8 or more nights, Full-Cleaning Service is provided on day 4 and Trash & Towel Service is provided on day 8, regardless of whether you're staying on a Member-discounted cash reservation, Vacation Points reservation, or a combination of both. This cycle repeats for stays longer than 8 days.

With Full-Cleaning Service, Housekeeping will provide everything included with the Trash & Towel Service, plus:

• Change the bed linens
• Vacuum and dust the vacation villa
• Clean the bathroom(s)
• Clean the kitchen/kitchenette and wash the dishes

For all stays regardless of the length of the stay, daily trash removal will be provided. Rental Guests (non-Members or Disney Vacation Club Members not booking through Membership) receive partial service every other day.

Additional Amenity Requests

You’ll be provided with the following amenities at no extra charge at the start of your stay and during each Housekeeping service. These amenities can also be replenished upon request at no additional charge:

• Coffee Package: Includes 1 package of coffee, 8 sugars, 8 creamers, 8 artificial sweeteners
• Towel Package: Includes 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 4 washcloths, 1 bath mat
• Laundry Detergent (only in 1-, 2- and 3-Bedroom Villas): Includes 1 box for 1 load of laundry

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items.

Once you’ve reported a lost item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your Lost Item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.

You must board any pet traveling with you to Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort before arrival.

Please note: service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome at the Resort.
