What can I do if my preferred RCI® Resorts are not available?
A.

If you are trying to book an RCI Weekly Exchange or The Registry Collection® Exchange but you cannot find a resort that meets your criteria, then you can open an Ongoing Search to find one.

Opening an Ongoing Search is easy. Just log in to the RCI website and search for a vacation using your desired criteria. If the exchange vacation you're looking for is not available, start an Ongoing Search. Or, contact Member Services with your desired search criteria.
