Booking Windows
The following booking windows apply to Disney Cruise Line reservations made through Disney Vacation Club:

• Booking Window Opens: Up to 24 months in advance of the sail date
• Booking Window Closes: Up to 14 days in advance of the sale date

General Booking Rules
The following guidelines apply to all Disney Collection reservations—including Disney Cruise Line sailings:

• A non-refundable $95 transaction fee applies per confirmed Disney Collection reservation (excluding Disneyland Resort in California). If payment is not received at the time of confirmation, Disney Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• If payment is not received at the time of confirmation, Disney Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Important Cruise Documents
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Guest Ticket Booklet with important cruise documents 30 – 45 days prior to your sail date.

The Rule of Four Applies
Disney Collection reservations must be made prior to the last 4 months of your Use Year for cruises during that Use Year.

Realize your dream vacation by banking, borrowing or obtaining Vacation Points.

Bank or Borrow Vacation Points
You can bank Vacation Points from your current Use Year to use during your next Use Year (restrictions apply); or you can borrow Vacation Points from your next Use Year to book a reservation in your current Use Year.

Obtain One-Time Use Vacation Points
Occasionally, you may find yourself in need of just few extra Vacation Points in order to book that perfect dream vacation. If that happens, you may be able to purchase Vacation Points for one-time use toward your desired stay. View details and pricing for One-Time-Use Vacation Points.
