3 Easy Steps to the Magic
With a DVC Membership, you’re promising your family years of wonderful, memorable vacations to come—and locking in tomorrow’s experiences at today’s price!
Savings are based on a cash purchase of an ownership interest at a featured Disney Vacation Club resort, including closing costs and annual dues, with enough points for a 4-night stay at the Home Resort purchased, every year for the Membership term, compared with renting the same accommodations for the same nights at the non-discounted rental rate plus tax. Assumes an annual increase of 4.8% in the rental rate and annual dues.
Based on these assumptions, in most cases savings can begin approximately 6 to 14 years after purchase and may add up to 50% or more over the Membership term. Prices, rates, dues, and other terms may change in ways that could adversely affect the savings.
Purchase a real estate interest from DVC, represented by Vacation Points.
Become a Member
