Cancellations must be made 5 days or more prior to the Check-In date to avoid penalty.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations canceled 4 days or less from Check-In date will result in a charge of one night's room rate plus tax.

Beginning in 2025, cash reservations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts in Walt Disney World, Disney’s Hilton Head Resort and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort cancellations must be made 8 days or more prior to the Check-In date to avoid penalty. Reservations cancelled 7 days or less from Check-In date will result in a charge of one night's room rate plus tax.
