Resort Reservations - Frequently Asked Questions

Your booking window gives you the ability to make reservations up to 11 months in advance of your Check-In date at your Home Resort, and 7 months in advance of your Check-In date at all other Disney Vacation Club Resorts.

When the online booking window opens at 8:00 AM Eastern Time, you can book a stay of up to 7 consecutive nights.

Please note: 

• Modifications to travel dates and room types on a confirmed reservation can only be made when the original check-out date is within 11 months of the modification request.

• If your stay is longer than 7 nights, you may book the first 7 nights of your vacation when your Home Resort Priority window opens and then add additional nights as they become eligible to book within the 11-month window, subject to availability. Alternatively, you have the option to wait until all planned travel dates are eligible to book at initial booking.

  • Using the travel dates of April 2-12 as an example, you may book the first 7 nights on May 2 and then add the additional nights on May 9. You may also book the entire stay on May 5 or any date thereafter.

• Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Give yourself some flexibility and keep alternate dates and accommodations in mind.
