Resort Reservations - Frequently Asked Questions

You can add a request to your room reservation by emailing or calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800† prior to your arrival. Or notify the front desk at Check-In.

Members can also select from a list of valid requests when completing Online Check-In Service beginning 60 days prior to Check-In for Walt Disney World Resort hotels and 10 days prior to check in for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai`i, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort. (Note: Online Check-In is not available at The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.)

Remember that requests are not guaranteed and the Front Desk will try to honor your request at the time of Check-In.
