Q: What if I have pending reservations when I'm selling my Membership?
A.

All reservations associated with the Disney Vacation Club Membership that is being sold must be completed prior to the closing date of the sale, including but not limited to reservations for the RCI® Exchange Program. Reservations occurring after the sale of the Membership will be canceled.

Any remaining Vacation Point for the Membership being sold will be transferred to the buyers new Membership.
