THIS PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING SALES OF TIMESHARE INTERESTS.
Not an offer where registration or other legal requirements for timeshare solicitation have not been met. Actual inventory offered may depend on residence location. Ownership interests must be purchased directly from Disney Vacation Development, LLC in order to have access to Disney-branded exchange options and options offered through hotel exchange. These options are part of Membership Extras, which are incidental benefits subject to availability, change or termination and may require a fee. Worldwide Villas are not part of the ownership interest and are subject to change or termination without notice. All accommodations are subject to availability. Theme park admission is not part of the ownership interest and is sold separately.
An ownership interest should only be purchased for personal use and enjoyment by Members and based upon its value as a vacation experience. Ownership interests should not be purchased for resale or rental, as an investment opportunity, or with any expectation of achieving income, capital appreciation, or any other financial return or valuable benefit, including any tax benefit.
Any references to savings are based on a cash purchase of an ownership interest at select Resorts, plus closing costs and annual dues, compared to the cost of a non-member renting the same accommodations at the non-discounted rate over the full life of the Membership.
