What is Disney’s Magical Express service and how can I reserve a seat?
A.

Disney's Magical Express service offers motorcoach transportation between Orlando International Airport and select Disney Resort hotels for arrivals in 2021.

Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. The service will continue to operate for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021.

Reserving Disney’s Magical Express Service
To make a reservation for Disney's Magical Express, submit a request via our online reservation form up to 10 days before your arrival date at Walt Disney World Resort.

Once your request has been confirmed, Disney's Magical Express information will be sent to you prior to your arrival  (United States and Canada only).

To make a reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, please contact Member Services.

As You Arrive
Luggage delivery service is no longer available. Guests who choose to use Disney’s Magical Express service will be responsible for picking up any of their checked luggage from the airport’s baggage claim area, so that it can be loaded onto the motorcoach to their Disney Resort hotel. Please know that your luggage will travel with you to your Disney Resort hotel.

Luggage assistance will be available at the front of your Disney Resort hotel, including luggage storage and/or transport to the room

PLEASE NOTE: Service animals are permitted on Disney's Magical Express motorcoaches. However, Guests traveling with pets must make alternate transportation arrangements.
