Q.
How do I stop my payment from coming out on the 1st/15th this month?
A.

You need to call Disney Vacation Club Member Accounting 30 business days prior to the due date so that the payment can be removed before the file is transmitted to the bank. Please call (800) 800-9800† or (407) 566-3800†, and select option 3.

The skipped payment will be added to the next EDD transmission (typically the following week).


We offer this one time only. If requested again, you may be taken off of the EDD program and changed to Statement for Dues or Coupon for Loan.

If you are removed from the EDD program, your Loan interest rate will revert to the Standard Rate as stated in your Truth in Lending documents and your Dues are due in full.

Additional interest will be charged on skipped payments as well.
