Can I make all requests via fax and email?
A.

All requests for Disney Vacation Club Resorts can be made via fax or email.


You can fax or email Member Services to:

  • Bank Vacation Points
  • Change the number of guests in your party
  • Add a Resort request
  • Change your address or phone number

However, fax and email transactions are not suitable for the Disney Collection, Concierge Collection and World Collection options, which require you to have more of a dialogue with a Vacation Advisor at Member Services.


Fax and email transactions are also not suitable for theme park tickets and dining reservation requests for restaurants and dinner shows at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and the Disneyland Resort in California. These types of requests may necessitate several alternative choices and/or credit card transactions.
