To update your contact information for all Disney websites, including disneyvacationclub.com, notify Disney Vacation Club Member Services either by fax at (407) 938-4151 or mail to:

The following rules apply when updating contact information:

Each Member on the Membership account is responsible for changing their own address, phone number and email.

Only the Purchaser who is the Principal Contact may make changes for everyone on the Membership.

Members may only change their own address and phone number, or that of an Associate.

Only one physical address or email address and up to five (5) phone numbers per Member will be retained on the condominium association books.

Online Updates
If you prefer, make the changes online on the My Profile page.

By updating your address online, you represent to Disney Vacation Club that you understand and acknowledge that all condominium association mailings and reservation confirmations, if applicable, shall be mailed to the new address effective immediately.

Please note that while reservation confirmations are normally mailed only to the Primary Purchaser, any Member (whether an Associate, Affiliate or Additional Purchaser) may request to receive the reservation confirmation, which will be sent to the Member’s email.
