My Home Resort – Frequently Asked Questions

Disney Vacation Club Condominium Association notices are available electronically. If you haven't yet opted in, you can opt in now to receive Condominium Association email communications. If you do not opt in for email, you will continue to receive printed notifications.

Once you've opted in, viewing your notices is simple. Go to the My DVC Membership tab, choose Condo Association News and then look for the Meeting Notices section. To access these pages, you'll need to be logged in. The notice information will be displayed based on the Home Resort(s) you own. They include proposed budgets for the upcoming year. In addition, the previous year's notices and budgets are available for reference under Condo Association News, based on the Home Resort(s) that you own.
