Q: I purchased the Membership Magic Beyond option that includes the 30-Day Memory Maker entitlement. How do I activate this benefit?
A.The Memory Maker entitlement may take up to 24 hours to appear from the date of purchase of the Membership Magic Beyond option or the Benefit Season start date, whichever is later, within the My Disney Experience account of the enrolled Member. Activation begins when the Member downloads the first photo via Disney PhotoPass Service or the My Disney Experience mobile app—or otherwise redeems Memory Maker. The Memory Maker benefit is subject to the Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions at Walt Disney World Resort.
