How do I add an Associate?
A.

You may add an Associate at the Disney Vacation Club website under My Profile. Or you can send Member Administration a written request, which needs to be signed by all purchasers. An email cannot be accepted for this request. However, you can fax your written request to Member Administration at (407) 938-4121 or mail it to:

Contact Disney Vacation Club Member Administration with any questions via email at wdw.dvc.member.administration@disney.com.

Please note:

  • A Member is an owner who is on the deed, receives a Membership Card and is entitled to all the privileges of Membership.
  • An Associate can only make reservations and bank Vacation Points. An owner Member can request to have someone designated as an Associate without making a change to the deed.
  • An Associate will not receive a Membership Card nor do they have any privileges of ownership.
