Q: How do I add an Associate?
A.
You may add an Associate at the Disney Vacation Club website under My Profile. Or you can send Member Services a written request via email to Members@DisneyVacationClub.com.
Contact Disney Vacation Club Member Services with any questions at 800-800-9800 (option 1) or via email at Members@DisneyVacationClub.com.
Please note:
- A Member is an owner who is on the deed, receives a Membership Card and is entitled to all the privileges of Membership.
- An Associate can only make reservations and bank Vacation Points. An owner Member can request to have someone designated as an Associate without making a change to the deed.
- An Associate will not receive a Membership Card nor do they have any privileges of ownership.
- An Associate must be 18 years of age or older.
