Why can't I pay my Loan online?
A.

If you do not see the Pay This Amount link on the Disney Vacation Club website—which is how you make an online payment on your Loan—you may have one or more issues with your account that prevent you from making a payment online:

  • If you pay via recurring credit card or direct debit payments, you may not pay monthly payments on your Loan online. You may, however, make a payment toward your Loan Principal or pay off the entirety of your Loan by selecting the corresponding links.
  • If you have made a payment recently or have an automatic payment scheduled, you may have a pending transaction on your Contract/Loan. In this case, you will not be able to make a payment for 2 business days. Please check your account in a few days and try again.
  • If your Contract/Loan requires your attention, you may be prompted to contact Member Accounting at (800) 800-9800† or (407) 566-3800†, and select option 3 to address an issue before you can make a payment.
  • If there is a system issue, we may be temporarily unable to process payments. In this instance, we thank you for your patience and ask that you try again later.
