If you wish to close your Loan and end your Monthly Payments, you may pay off the entirety of your Loan by selecting the Pay This Amount link next to your Payoff Amount on the Loans Home or Payment Detail Page.
Additional charges may post to your account after this payoff. Please check your account again in 2 business days.
If additional charges have posted to your account, you will have an outstanding balance. You may pay this balance online. Or you may contact Member Accounting at (800) 800-9800, option 3 or (407) 566-3800 if you have questions regarding your balance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
