Vacation Exchange - Frequently Asked Questions

A. Members can make a request for vacation exchange accommodations and secure an exchange directly online only by accessing the Disney Vacation Club website. Alternatively, Members can contact Disney Vacation Club Member Services, and a Cast Member assigned to assist Members in securing exchanges through the Interval International Exchange Program will process the Member’s request. 

To be issued an exchange confirmation, Members must have a sufficient amount of Home Resort Vacation Points (DVC Points) to afford the accommodation based on the Interval International Point Chart for Disney Vacation Club Members. 

A confirmation will not be issued until the availability of the required number of DVC Points is verified.
