Hotel Exchange - Frequently Asked Questions

This impressive expansion of worldwide properties available for a hotel exchange introduces a seamless approach to hotel booking. Using a combination of Points and cash (minimum of 20 Points) and without having to process a request through Member Services, Members can filter by brand, desired travel dates and destination—and can even calculate required Reservation Points and cash needed to perform a hotel exchange. 

Booking through the hotel exchange option will convert Vacation Points to Reservation Points and is a final transaction that will expire at the end of the Use Year.
