Why am I having trouble banking my Vacation Points online?
A.

There are several reasons why you may not be able to bank some or all of your Vacation Points on the Disney Vacation Club website.

If you have a Contract that requires your attention, you may not bank Vacation Points from that Contract.

If you have exceeded your banking deadline, you will no longer be able to bank Vacation Points from your current Use Year.

Please read the alerts on the Points page to see why you may not currently bank your Vacation Points.
