To bank Vacation Points from your current Use Year to your next Use Year, bank your Vacation Points online or contact Member Services at (800) 800-9800† or (407) 566-3800† by the date listed on the banking chart.

If you are reserving an exchange that has an extended booking window—such as Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and RCI—and need to bank Vacation Points from the next Use Year to the following Use Year, contact Member Services at (800) 800-9800† or (407) 566-3800†.
