2021 DVC Member Cruise Cancelation Online FAQ

1) Is the 2021 DVC Member Cruise Canceled?

Disney Cruise Line announced that all U.S. departures through June 2021 have been canceled as it continues to prepare for a return to service in U.S. waters. Unfortunately, the cancelations include our upcoming Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise to the Western Caribbean, previously scheduled to depart from Port Canaveral, Florida, on June 12, 2021.

2) What is my option?

All impacted Members will automatically receive a refund, including reimbursement of any cash and/or the return of any reservation points used for your reservation.

3) How can I receive a refund for my 2021 Member Cruise reservation?

Member Services will automatically process refunds, including reimbursement of any cash and/or the return of any reservation points used for your reservation by the end of April. All reservation points will be returned to the Use Year and cash will be returned to the original payment method.

4) I booked my 2021 Member Cruise using reservation points that are about to expire, will you extend the expiration date?

Yes, we will extend reservation points used for the 2021 DVC Member Cruise for one year. Members should see this reflected in their Membership in the last week of their Use Year.

5) Can I still book the 2022 Member Cruise?

Members who were booked on the canceled 2021 Member Cruise and are interested in booking a reservation for the 2022 Alaska Member Cruise (departing from Vancouver, B.C., aboard the Disney Wonder from August 29 – September 5) may be placed on a reservation priority list. If you’d like to be added, we ask that you please respond to your cruise cancelation e-mail.
