View information about booking to help you secure the exchange you want. Please keep in mind:

• Members should check availability and be ready to book as far in advance as possible according to the above booking windows.
• All exchanges are subject to availability.
• Through 2018, Members can continue to enjoy waived transaction fees for new RCI reservations, a $95 value.
• Members have a 24-hour grace period, from the time of booking, to cancel a reservation made using Vacation Points without receiving a cancellation penalty.

• Exchanging with RCI is final. Points associated with a cancelled RCI accommodation can only be used for RCI exchange accommodations. Learn more about cancelling an RCI exchange.
• You have the option to deposit Vacation Points into the RCI exchange program for use at a later date. You must deposit a minimum of 10 Vacation Points per deposit transaction. Deadlines apply. Contact Member Services at  (800) 800-9800† or (407) 566-3800† for more details.
• Members have the opportunity to purchase a one-year extension on their previously deposited RCI points ($100 non-refundable transaction fee applies). Contact Member Services at (800) 800-9800† or (407) 566-3800† for more details.
• If you book an exchange with the "all-inclusive" option, your Vacation Points will cover only the accommodations. There will also be an all-inclusive resort fee, which is payable to the resort and due at check-in.
• Whichever option you book, there may be additional fees you are required to pay. Members should contact Member Services for information including additional fees, surcharges, taxes, etc. If you book online, you will see these details displayed when you book.

If you are trying to book an RCI Weekly exchange or and exchange through The Registry Collection®, but you cannot find an available reservation that meets your criteria, then you can open an Ongoing Search to increase your chances of finding one.

Opening an Ongoing Search is easy. Just log in to the RCI website and search for a vacation using your desired criteria.
