Home Resort Rules and Regulations
The Home Resort Rules and Regulations are designed to provide Members with information about using Vacation Points to make reservations at their Home Resort and other Disney Vacation Club Resorts. These rules and regulations also cover the features of the reservation system such as the guidelines for banking and/or borrowing Vacation Points, cancelling a Disney Vacation Club Resort reservation and general Disney Vacation Club operations. These rules and regulations are revised from time to time.

Home Resort Priority
Your Disney Vacation Club Membership allows you the privilege and flexibility to reserve accommodations at your Home Resort 11 months in advance of the check-in date.
In order to take advantage of the Home Resort Priority, all Vacation Points being used to make the reservation must be associated with your Home Resort.
Please note: After you make the reservation, you cannot "switch out" those Vacation Points with Vacation Points from another Disney Vacation Club Resort.
Hawai‘i Transient Accommodations Tax
For all stays at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai‘i, the State of Hawai‘i and the City and County of Honolulu impose a nightly transient accommodations tax based upon the number of Vacation Points required for the stay and the Annual Dues per Vacation Point for the calendar year of the stay. This tax must be paid by check-out. The amount of the tax will vary from year to year and is subject to change. Hawai‘i Transient Accommodation Registration Identification Number: TA-121-299-9680-01.
