Through fall 2026, Hospitality House at Disney’s Old Key West Resort is undergoing exterior maintenance work. Guests may see or hear work during daytime hours and at times may be directed to take alternate paths of travel.

Additionally, Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course is temporarily closed for renovations through October 2026. Views from some rooms overlooking the golf course may be impacted until the work is complete.

  • Exit I-4 at Exit 67 (Epcot/Downtown Disney).
  • Once on Disney property, take the third right.
  • Go straight through the traffic light to Disney Vacation Club Way; Disney's Old Key West Resort will be on the right.
  • Follow signs to the Hospitality House/Check-in.

From Orlando International Airport

  • Take the airport's south exit, follow the red directional signs to State Road 417 (The Greenway) South. Note: This is a toll road.
  • Take State Road 417 to Exit 6 which is the beginning of State Road 536 West.
  • Travel West on 536.
  • Once on Disney property, take the third right.
  • Go straight through the traffic light to Disney Vacation Club Way; Disney's Old Key West Resort will be on the right.
  • Follow signs to the Hospitality House/Check-in.

Effective January 19, 2019, Disney Vacation Club Members who do not acquire their ownership interest directly from Disney Vacation Development, LLC will not be able to make Vacation Point reservations at some or all non-Home Resorts.
