General Booking Rules
The following guidelines apply to all Disney Collection reservations—including Adventures by Disney trips:

A non-refundable $95 transaction fee applies per confirmed Adventures by Disney reservation.

If payment is not received at the time of confirmation, Disney Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Booking Rules for Adventures by Disney
The following booking information is specific to Adventures by Disney trips:

Child rates apply to Guests under age 12 at the time of travel. Visit adventuresbydisney.com for information on minimum and suggested ages for each trip.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter from Member Services within 10 days.
The Rule of Four Applies
You cannot book and travel to a Disney Collection destination within the last 4 months of your Use Year (excluding Disneyland Resort in California and Tokyo Disney Resort).
You can, however, travel in the last 4 months of your Use Year as long as you have booked your stay more than 4 months before the end of your Use Year.

Bank or Borrow Vacation Points
You can bank Vacation Points from your current Use Year to use during your next Use Year (restrictions apply); or you can borrow Vacation Points from your next Use Year to book a reservation in your current Use Year.
Obtain One-Time Use Vacation Points
Occasionally, you may find yourself in need of just few extra Vacation Points in order to book that perfect dream vacation. If that happens, you may be able to purchase Vacation Points for one-time use toward your desired stay. Contact your Disney Vacation Club Guide for details.

Airfare to and from destination is not included and travel time necessary to reach a given destination is not included in calculating trip lengths. Certain trips may begin early on the first day of the itinerary and may end late on the last day. Members should contact Member Services for additional information, including trip components and dates, details about overnight accommodations required before and after itinerary dates, age ranges, gratuities, additional surcharges, etc.

One Reservation Point is equivalent to one allotted Vacation Point. Reservation Points have no other relationship with, or comparison to, Vacation Points and are established for convenience of reference only. General terms and conditions of this program are in the "Membership Extras Acknowledgment and Disclosure Statement." Please review them carefully before booking any of these options. Program terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Members will need to separately acknowledge and agree to Adventures by Disney trip terms and conditions, waivers, and releases.

Effective, March 21, 2011, Members who do not purchase their ownership interests directly from Disney will not be able to use those Vacation Points for the Disney Collection or Concierge Collection.

All reservations are subject to availability and trips are subject to cancellation.

Adventures by Disney reservations must be made prior to the last 4 months of your Use Year for trips during that Use Year.
