• Effective March 21, 2011, Members who do not purchase their ownership interests directly from Disney will not be able to use those Vacation Points to make reservations for the Concierge or Disney Collections. Those Vacation Points can be used only for Disney Vacation Club Resorts and the World Collection.
• A non-refundable $95 transaction fee applies per confirmed Concierge Collection reservation. If payment is not received at the time of confirmation, Disney Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• Some properties may impose minimum length of stay guidelines or restrict check-ins to certain days of the week.
• Some properties are subject to blockout dates during certain times of the year.
• All exchanges and reservations are subject to availability and are based on double occupancy.
• Some Reservation Point Charts may not be available at the start of the booking window.
• All Reservation Points are per room per night or per room per week, depending on the resort selected.
• Points values are per week, per room and based on double occupancy.
